You should hear back from us within two weeks depending on the volume of applications. Please remember, we have done the hard part of getting the investors in the room — all you have to do is pitch them. If our investors choose to fund you, your deal will close in no more than 8 weeks from start to finish.
We will be with you for the long haul if you demonstrate execution. The FirstPitch is an opportunity for each of our Chapters to host local and regional companies each month. We do require these companies to go through our screening process, but we do not perform deep diligence until one of these Chapters agrees to lead your deal to the syndicate of angel groups and funds.
We ask the local Chapter Members to get involved and to support and mentor the company. Once they are satisfied the company is worthy of joining our distinguished portfolio, we will perform a deep diligence dive, prepare you for our Virtual Road Show presentation to the entire syndicate, and open a deal for funding by the entire network. It is a fun process that takes approximately two months from FirstPitch to a wire of funds.
