There was a lot of wasted time in the time I was there. Cons Short breaks, management. Yes No There are 1 unhelpful reviews 1. Managers has favoritism but still a fun place. Just keep to yourself and you'll be fine. Coworkers are great though. Little place of improvement but still cool.
Pros Incentives. Cons Favoritism. Gave me a lot of opportunities to grow and develop my skills. They promoted within a lot which was nice. At times upper management communication was confusing and nonproductive. It was a great place to work it truly helped me with my career goals. I learned so much from this job and i cannot thank this company enough for the love and support it has given me.
Pros Chocolate. Cons None. Did it as a part time job in high school. Pay was average compared to other retail jobs. Pros Smell like chocolate. Cons Management. No upward mobility. Fun Workplace! Management was supportive and honest. Work culture was important and employees kept a high morale. Training was clear and not rushed. I did not feel micromanaged. Pros Amazing chocolate at a discount. Cons Short breaks. Typical day at work was busy and I learned customer care. I worked with a couple of good managers that Made a positive positive work force.
The hardest part of the job was the holidays! And the most enjoyable was satisfying a customers needs. Pros Flexible schedule. I worked here for a number of years in multiple locations, Overall, teams are great and so are managers. They want you to succeed. Customers can be challenging that's retail for you.
Cons The pay could have been better, corporate wasnt one to trust, They were constantly changing their minds on update they would issue put, you have to be present for a while to be promoted sometimes depending on the store. Everyone here is nice to work with, very good vibes. The manager is fantastic, this company cares for their employees.
Very decent breaks! Overall a really nice place to work but there is no much room to grow. They train you constantly so everyone has sharp sale skills. Pros Flexible schedule, great management, amazing coworkers, good team and fair breaks. Our management team was amazing!
Everyone looked out for each other. A typical day for us was having fun with out customers while getting things done. It was very important to set an experience that was ever lasting for those who visited.
Pros Got to taste different types of chocolates. Cons Company closed. The pay was good, and enjoyed working there for the most part but towards the end of the position I was frustrated and ready to quit and was glad the assignment was over.
