Literally the most unsafe atmosphere I've ever worked. I would, for instance pick up gasoline in my truck and it would be leaking from the pump within 6 inches of the exhaust. My first line supervisor and I took the truck to get an estimate he was only authorized to spend dollars. We got the estimate but they never approved us to take the truck to get the pump repaired.
