The protocols for official reporting to the FCC are quite specific, and need to be followed. If we can all stick to this, we have our best chance of gaining the needed help from authorities. Please do your best to have your conversations normally and ignore the jammer whenever possible. If it becomes too bad, please move your QSO to another repeater.
