They like promoting within as long as you work for it, if your ok with picking orders then so be it, but if you want more there is more When you do take a promotion management is understanding that your learning and they DO help with whatever your doing. There is a new Director of Operarions and he is outstanding and one of the best people to get to know. He has worked side by side warehouse associates helping to finish up.
