The rental company often change management. The prior manager had left unexpectedly and has since been taken over by another individual however, there have been some revolving doors surrounding other leasing agents at this company. It shows because when issues arise, there is a complete disregard for concern for the tenants.
Often, they call the owner for assistance with their units in which the apartment manager is offered with tenants communicating with the owner.
Parking is also an issue at one of the properties that this company owns. Because it has assigned parking, not everyone including tenants and guest honor the assigned parking spots. Some of the tenants here come from different areas and bring an element of excitement and unknown to this area which creates a chaotic and even sometimes dangerous living situation. They dont do monthly rodent exterminations, but quarterly which is very difficult in maintaining a clean and tidy unit.
There have also been several discrepancies in regards to leasing agreements, contracts, and other services that they provide for their tenants.
